King's PSSQ runs a bi-monthly seminar series which invites high profile, international speakers to discuss a wide range of topics relating to patient safety and service quality. These can be directly related to health care or cover other industries which may have similar issues, for example the oil and gas or aviation industries in relation to the management of risk.
